TruVital – Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At TRUVITAL, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Because of the nature of dietary supplement products, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, we understand that unique situations may arise, and returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Support team.

Final Sale Policy:

For health and safety reasons, supplement products are considered for the final sale once delivered, except in cases reviewed and approved by our support team.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unopened, in new condition, and include the original invoice.
Opened bottles or partially used products are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error

(e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for damaged orders or missing items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Please provide photos of the damage or package for review.

We will review your case and provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy / How to Cancel Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time before tracking number has been generated.
Once your order has been processed and a tracking number issued, it cannot be cancelled

or modified.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it for a refund in accordance with

our Return Policy.

How to Request a Return
Email our Customer Service team at support@thetruvital.com with the following:
Order number #
Reason for return
Photos if applicable (for damage claims)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned products do not meet the above conditions.
