Subscriptions
TRUVITAL may offer the ability to purchase certain Products on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). By enrolling in a Subscription, you agree to the following terms:

1. Duration.Subscriptions are continuous and will remain in effect until modified or canceled in accordance with these Terms. Your first Subscription order will be processed on the date you initially purchase the Subscription. Thereafter, your Subscription will automatically generate recurring orders (“Re-Orders”) at the fixed interval you selected during checkout. Each Re-Order will be processed and charged to your designated payment method unless and until you modify or cancel your Subscription. TRUVITAL reserves the right to discontinue or suspend your Subscription in the event of a dispute between you and TRUVITAL, including, without limitation, where you have initiated a chargeback that TRUVITAL successfully challenged.
2. Pricing Changes.TRUVITAL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the price of Products offered under a Subscription at any time. Any such pricing change will apply to the next Re-Order processed after the effective date of the change. You will be charged the updated price unless you cancel your Subscription prior to such Re-Order.
3. Cancellation.You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your Account, navigating to the “Manage Your Subscription” section, and following the instructions to cancel the applicable Product. If you encounter any issues with the cancellation process, you may consult our Help Center or contact us directly. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the processing of a scheduled Re-Order; otherwise, that Re-Order will be processed and charged in full.
   No refunds will be issued for Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.
